Crunch Courgette and Lemon Cake


'We would like to introduce a new addition to The Cake Root and if taster sessions at our local farmers market are anything to go by it's proving to be a very popular choice with our customers.

Our original Courgette and Lemon Cake is again baked with the finest of ingredients including fresh courgettes, sunflower oil, free range eggs and lemon zest. then finished of with a tangy lemon drizzle topping.
